Feroz is a summer intern working with the Campaigns team to investigate water justice issues globally, with a focus on on identifying and supporting grassroots groups resisting corporate water grabs. From battles over privatization of municipal water services to localized site fights against ecologically disastrous water bottling facilities, if your community’s fighting for its water, Feroz wants to know! Before joining the Story of Stuff Project, Feroz co-founded Yale-NUS Divest, Singapore’s first fossil fuel divestment campaign. He cut his teeth on activism as an exchange student in 2016, where he was inspired by the extraordinary surge in student organizing and social justice activism on his campus following the result of the 2016 Presidential Election.

Feroz is a proud Singaporean and a rising senior majoring in Environmental Studies at Yale-NUS College. Outside of environmental justice activism and preparing for his senior thesis, he’s also a passionate video gamer and eSports enthusiast.
